Publications Plus is owned and operated by Kathy Pooler, of Norwich, Connecticut. Kathy began the business in August
of 1991, and has continued to refine her skills and expand the variety of services to better meet the changing
needs of her business clients. As an experienced graphic designer with first-hand knowledge of business ownership,
Kathy is uniquely qualified to assist your business on many levels.
The business operates year-round from Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
